[gallery columns="2" link="none" ids="2101,2102"]I figured winter would be the perfect time to bring back these tartan shorts. They make a great statement piece for those warmer winter days. In NYC, it was around 70 degrees on Christmas!Since plaid shirts are a style staple in the fall/winter, I really wanted do a slightly different take on it and to highlight my colorful plaid bottoms instead. So, the rest of my outfit is very neutral and basic with a plain white tee and leather jacket. The cool biker jacket and platform boots add some edginess to the outfit so it's not too casual.
